This website introduces Mutt N Moxie: the village, the games, and a few facts. It is an information site. Pages may describe games that are still in development. A description on this site is not a promise that a feature is finished, available in your country, or available on a particular device.

You may browse the pages for your own information. Please do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break it, scraping it in a way that puts an unreasonable load on it, or using the contact form to send anything unlawful, misleading, or abusive.
You are responsible for the notes you send. Do not include someone else's personal information unless you have a proper reason and the right to share it.
The art and the name
The name Mutt N Moxie, the paintings, badges, icons, game covers, and the words written for this site belong to their owners and are shown here for the village. You may look at them on the site. You may not copy them for your own product, or suggest that your own work is Mutt N Moxie, unless you have permission in writing.
The typeface Nunito is used under the SIL Open Font License. A copy of that license is included with the font file on this site.
Facts
Facts marked as coming from the village describe the game. Facts marked as coming from the yard are general notes about dogs and cats, written to be accurate and easy to read. They are not veterinary advice. If an animal in your care is ill, ask a vet.
The contact form
The contact page prepares an email and opens it in your email app. Sending it is your action. We are not responsible for delays or failures in email delivery. Please do not send confidential or sensitive documents through the form.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep the pages available and the words fair, and we do not promise that the site will always be up, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose you have in mind.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mutt N Moxie is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, or from your reliance on something you read here.
